Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy uses the natural process of deep relaxation to encourage calm throughout the mind and body. This is known as the trance state, a little like a daydream state, this is where the therapy takes place. It is here that the critical conscious mind is passive and your powerful subconscious mind is accessible. The subconscious mind is open to accept positive suggestions which are goal orientated to improving many areas of your life. It is also here, in the subconscious mind where the origins of the deep rooted issues can be uncovered and resolved.

Neuro Linguistic Programming
NLP is based on the belief that all behaviour has a structure and that this behaviour can be modelled, learned and changed. Using NLP we can step into your view of the world to discover patterns of thought, beliefs, values and help you change those patterns, set goals, build motivation and change your life for the better. It is about reprogramming your mind and being aware of how it works so that it is always working for you and not against you. NLP is carried out in a conscious state and is therefore ideal for people who do not feel comfortable with the idea of hypnosis but who still would like to benefit from a quick and efficient therapy.

Emotional Freedom Technique
EFT is a fast and effective gentle and non-evasive technique that can release negative emotions and bring about permanent release from many physical and emotional problems. It is like acupuncture without the needles. The basis of EFT is that the cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body's energy system. In practice it involves tapping on the energy meridian points whilst tuning into the specific issue. This balances the body's energy system, removing any disturbances in the energy flow. It can be used for many issues and like NLP is carried out without hypnosis.

Critical Incident Debriefing
CID was originally developed for the benefit of the emergency services and military personnel who have so much exposure to traumatic stress. It has been refined and developed with experience and is now available to benefit anyone who has witnessed or been part of a traumatic incident. This incident could be violent death, bereavement, rape, assault, road traffic accident and any situation causing shock. The aim of immediate intervention of CID is to specifically prevent or limit the onset of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. A one to one approach allows individuals to talk, express feelings and experiences of the event and discuss concerns. This prevents individuals "bottling up" emotions.

A unique combination of different therapies can be used as an extremely powerful way of resolving many problems and issues.
